Latasha Humphrey has two very valuable assets in her arsenal of human capital:

2. Follow Through
Often we have our visionaries (i.e. brainstormers, creatives) that craft a concept and then "doers"; the individuals that make our ideas/concepts tangible. These are two qualities that are rarely found in one individual.
I have watched Latasha 1). assess needs 2). conceptualize multiple programs, then 3). turn those concepts into thriving 501 (c) (3) organizations and after school programming. Specifically, Flora Pearl Foundation Inc. and A Will To Win are the programs/organizations that I have had the pleasure of watching Latasha grow from conceptualization to realization.
I have worked along with Latasha in both volunteer and work/professional capacities. I highly recommend Latasha for any capacity that involves:

In 2011, I hired Latasha to serve as my Educational Specialist AmeriCorps at the Woodlawn Family Resource Center for the YWCA. In this position she was the S.T.A.I.R. Site Director and managed all of the educational programs. She provided great ideas, delivered on all of her responsibilities and was efficient in her execution of her duties. I know very few people with her drive. Latasha is a proactive and tireless contributor who would make a great addition to any team. I would highly recommend her for any position, as she naturally rises to the occasion when presented with something she is passionate about. I witnessed a great example of this during the summer of 2012. Due to a personal emergency I had to be absent from work for six weeks and Latasha was able to rise to the occasion and lead as I would.
