In partnership with The Flora Pearl Foundation, Incorporated, Latasha J. Humphrey oversees and facilitates A Will 2 Win Institute, a nine-month leadership training, and development program for young women in middle and high schools held in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama area from September to May. This program is designed to address economic justice by empowering girls through intentional mentoring, career planning, networking, shadowing, and sponsoring. Participants will experience relevant workshops, panel discussions, networking events, guest lectures, retreats and empowerment sessions led by exceptional leaders, innovators, creatives and change agents.
